Do you know a school that should kick off 2026 with an award-winning, lifesaving safety message? 🧠🚦 Encourage them to request a FREE ThinkFirst program.

Our ThinkFirst injury prevention program teaches students how to protect their brain and spinal cord by covering topics like seat belt and helmet use, water safety, distracted and impaired driving, pedestrian and bicycle safety, and avoiding violence.

Students learn the real-life consequences of risky choices—and are empowered to make safer ones. Learn more in the comments below.

🚦 Wrapping up 2025 with YTOP! 🚦

In 2025, 897 young drivers took part in our Young Traffic Offenders Program (YTOP). YTOP challenges participants to make safer driving decisions through impactful, real-world experiences, including following a crash victim’s journey in a trauma center, hearing from hospital staff, meeting individuals living with life-altering injuries, and learning firsthand from Missouri State Highway Patrol Troopers about crash scenes. Each participant completes the program by reflecting on what they’ve learned and how they’ll improve their driving habits moving forward.

We’re proud of the impact made in 2025 and look forward to continuing this important work in the year ahead. 💚🚗
