Event Hosting, modeling, choreography and motivational speaking. I'm a born and raised Omaha Native, mother of three sharing my love of health and fitness to people all around. I have the same struggles and cravings as the next person. But together we will make it through. I'm a personal trainer and instructor for the Kansas City YMCA, I'm a Zumba, MixxedFit, EnhanceFitness and Body Pump Instructor. I am also a LiveSTRONG at the YMCA Coach. Not in Missouri or Kansas. No problem I am a coach for Beachbody and run Challenge groups monthly. I'm Here to Help You! It;s all about the Journey, Progress not Perfection.

I’m not a KC native, but this city gave me my restart, my rebirth, and the chance to pour my whole heart onto the dance floor. After 12 years here, Kansas City will always be home.

No matter what stage, state, or island I touch, they’ll know KC is in the building. ❤️💛
