Endoscopic iliopsoas release can be a great solution to hip flexor pain. Done as an outpatient surgery that takes less than an hour, the hip flexor tendon is released (cut) at either its attachment on the bone, or closer to the hip socket. Classic signs and symptoms are 1) groin pain 2) difficulty lifting leg in/out of bed or vehicles 3) sometimes low back pain
