Please join us in giving a warm round of applause to Alex, one of our incredible housekeepers! 👏

When Alex isn’t working hard to keep things looking their best for our residents, he’s busy pursuing his degree in Game Art and Development, along with minors in Creative Writing and Art History—talk about creativity! 🎮📚

If Alex had a theme song every time he walked into a room, it would definitely be “Uma Thurman” by Fall Out Boy. His go-to drink? Coffee, of course—specifically the Picture Perfect from Dutch Bros. ☕ His favorite food is pasta (because you can never go wrong with pasta!).

When it comes to dream travel destinations, Alex isn’t chasing beaches or mountains—he’d much rather wander through the woods. And his ultimate bucket-list stop? The world’s biggest bookstore. 📖

Celebrating a win for Alex usually means adding to one of his favorite collections: more yarn or more books. That’s right—he’s also a fantastic crocheter! 🧶

If he could have dinner with anyone, he’d choose Arthur Morgan (Red Dead Redemption fans understand!). And if he could have any superpower, it would be talking to animals, because he loves telling his pets just how much he cares about them. 🐾

If Alex won the lottery tomorrow, his first priorities would be paying off debts and buying an engagement ring for his partner—how sweet is that? 💍

We absolutely love having Alex as part of our team. He is dedicated, loyal, and brings a ray of positivity and light every single day.

Candlelight dinner this month was another beautiful success.

Our starter was a traditional Greek salad. Followed by either a seafood ravioli, or lamb chops. Finished with strawberry crème brûlée. 🕯️

But if you ask us it’s all about trying something new. Our resident services director’s dad Darren showed us tips and tricks when it comes to creating our own board. We enjoyed sampling new treats, talking techniques, and of course creating our very own spread.

Today we celebrated our incredible team for Employee Appreciation Day, and it was such a fun day from start to finish!

We kicked things off this morning with a special surprise from a few of our resident ambassadors who rolled around a “Caffeine Cart” stocked with energy drinks and candy to give back to the amazing employees they love so much. It was the perfect little boost to start the day!

This afternoon we kept the celebration going with a pizza party… and of course, cake! 🎉🍕 We even took a few great pictures to capture the moment.

Team Barrymore — we truly could not do this without you. Your dedication, kindness, and loyalty every single day never go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do and for the care you show our residents and each other. We appreciate you more than words can say! ❤️
