🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: SYDNEY 🌟

We’ve been having an absolute blast celebrating Activities Professionals Week, and today we’re shining the spotlight on our one and only Resident Services Director — Sydney! 💛

Originally from Topeka, KS, Sydney might surprise you with the fact that she’s a full-blown houseplant mama 🌱 — with over 50 plants and counting! If she had a theme song that played every time she walked into a room, it would be “Make Your Own Kind of Music” by Cass Elliot (because honestly… perfect).

If Sydney could instantly master any skill, it would be skiing — mainly so she doesn’t take out a snowbank in March ⛷️😂. Her dream vacation so far? Maine — she absolutely loves it!

She’s a proud night owl, thrives on being around people, and never wants to work from home because she loves hanging out with her people every single day 💕. At home, she’s ruled by her very spoiled (and very cute) Westie, Chloe 🐶.

If Sydney had a superpower, it would 100% be power napping 💤💪.

Sydney, we’ve celebrated you all week because we truly think you’re the best. Thank you for everything you do — today and every day. We’re so lucky to have you! 🌟

Last night we held our first candlelight dinner.

We started with a classic ceaser salad. Followed by our entree of fillet oscar paired with Dutch’s potato and baby carrots. For dessert we enjoyed cream brûlée.

Super fun day! 🎉
Today we wrapped up another day of celebrating our incredible Resident Services Director, Sydney! We surprised her with a party alongside all of our residents and treated her to her favorite cookie spot, Eileen’s Cookies. They absolutely nailed it—each cookie featured a different Taylor Swift album and looked amazing!

To say Sydney was surprised would be an understatement. 💖
