Mission Statement:
We are first and foremost a community of unique individuals dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing mentorship to explore the “Art of Yoga”, which is, ultimately, the art of getting good at being yourself. To fulfill this mission, we will begin a journey both shared and personal as we delve into the diversity of what Yoga offers. Along the way, we will embrace new concepts and re-visit old traditions while experiencing the physical, emotional, and contemplative aspects of yoga. You might find inspiration and wisdom from many guides and encouragement for growth both on and off the mat.

Feeling lucky?
It is our attitudes, intentions, and actions that manifest "luck" in our lives. When we practice gratitude, we find more opportunities to be grateful. When we choose acceptance, we find contentment. When we listen to our intuition, we find our truth. Sometimes, we resist, but in the end, we need to make peace with our circumstances, work with the truth, and not against it to grow.

Feeling lucky?

KC Yoga Kula will be closed tomorrow due to the Winter Storm Warning. It seems like the sane thing to do. Everyone can take a day off, stay cozy with a cup of something warm, and we'll practice together again come Thursday.
