Microgreens look so good on a plate! They totally heighten the visual impact of a dish and totally packs a powerful, nutritious punch. It’s about that time of the year where we’ll see more microgreens with incredible quality. Luckily, we get our year-round for our customers enjoyment.
This one pictured is a Red Sorrel. It has a lemony, tangy flavor and is dense with vitamins (K, C, E, etc.) We sourced these from a KC local farm,

Wow! Our peppers are RED!! An sign of a beautiful Spring. Freshly picked and super plump. At this stage they'll be the sweetest you can get. (As opposed to green or yellow) Did you know bell peppers actually don't produce capsaicin, the chemical that makes spice? But they pack a bunch of vitamin C! Yum!

Balance is paramount. And we know variety is key.
