Lifted KC is growing and we’ve expanding to Lifted DFW. As we build this next chapter, we are seeking passionate, purpose-driven leaders to serve on our Board of Directors and help strengthen the foundation of our work across both communities.

Our Mission:
To break the stigma surrounding men's mental health, provide accessible resources and support, and promote open conversations to empower men to prioritize their mental well-being and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about mental health especially for men and who desire to serve in the capacity of:
• Creating and supporting community-based programs
• Expanding and maintaining our mental health resource network
• Helping plan and execute our annual Men Heal Conference
• Supporting strategic growth across Kansas City and DFW

✨ Board service is virtual and ideal for leaders who want to make a meaningful impact from anywhere.

I am building a powerhouse team to help bring two life changing movements to life in 2026, and I’m inviting YOU to be a part of it.

📍 Men’s Mental Health Conference
This conference will take place in 4 cities, every weekend in June 2026, creating safe, intentional spaces for healing, dialogue, and community impact.

📍 Spiritual Women’s Conference
A powerful, faith centered women’s conference taking place in December 2026.

Who We’re Looking For:

💼 Administrative Assistant
Support with responding to emails, assisting with calls, confirming dates, venues, contractors, and coordinating all travel arrangements.

💰 Fundraising & Sponsorship Leads
Women who are confident in raising funds, soliciting sponsors, and securing donations.
✨ Incentive: A percentage of any funds you personally raise will be compensated directly to you.

📋 Planning Committee Members
Women able to dedicate 1–2 days per week to planning and ex*****on, including:
• Creating itineraries
• Soliciting speakers
• Registration support
• Event setup and teardown
• On site coordination
