We've got a brand new batch of Youth With Vision leaders this year that make up our 2025-2026 Exec Team! Our exec team works tirelessly throughout the year to make sure that all of our events, education, and advocacy is the best of the best! If you see one of these faces, give them a big thumbs up and a thank you because they're working hard even when you can't see it! We can't wait to get the new Vision year started this fall!

It’s summer vibes with our Vision crew! It might have been a little hot out for our retreat this year, but we obviously found some ways to keep cool! Big thanks to all of our Vision members that came out to plan, play, and party this week - we’ll all have our camps and vacations and a well deserved break before getting back to it this next school year! Have a great summer everyone!

We're almost to the end of the school year - and what better way to celebrate than coming out and celebrating with us at the Youth With Vision May Meeting! We'll be chatting about our upcoming retreat, listening to a special guest speaker, and best of all: there's a very exciting end of year surprise! We're just serving light snacks and drinks, so eat lunch beforehand because we're gonna be BUSY (in a good way)!

Spring is in the air - and eggs are on the ground! Come join us this Sunday, April 6 from 2 PM to 3:30 PM for the April Youth With Vision meeting and egg hunt! It's gonna be OUTSIDE and it's gonna be CHILLY, so please wear something warm! We're at the usual spot: Beacon Mental Health, 3100 NE 83rd Street, KCMO 64119.

While we're all relaxing and on spring break, we figured we might as well brag on our 2024-2025 Exec Team!
These Vision members take the time to step up and lead and do all of the heavy lifting to make our year run smoothly. We seriously couldn't do it without them!

But remember: ALL of these positions are back up for election soon...do you have what it takes to lead on our Exec Team??

The end of January can only mean one thing if you're one of our many young leaders in Youth With Vision...Prevention Day at the Capitol!
We had an incredible group of 26 Vision members join us this year for a day of excitement and advocacy! There were plenty of new faces joining us this year and we couldn't be more proud of our whole group of youth advocates who spoke from their heart about issues including va**ng, cannabis, and mental health. Between all of our meetings with legislators, being introduced on both the House AND Senate floor, and getting a tour of the House floor, we came home both exhausted and accomplished.

Are we sick of the snow yet (or are we just happy to not have to go back to school?)
School might not be back yet, but Youth With Vision is! Prevention Day in Jefferson City is coming up fast and Youth With Vision is gearing up for a great visit with our legislators. But that takes a lot of preparation, and we need YOU to make sure we can get everyone ready!

Our January meeting is THIS SUNDAY, JANUARY 12 FROM 2 PM - 4 PM at Beacon Mental Health.

If you're looking to participate in Prevention Day this year, you are REQUIRED to show up to this meeting! See you all there!

As we take a short break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we want to take a moment to celebrate the power of hope, the importance of kindness, and the beauty of shared dreams.

To all of you who are part of our amazing community, thank you for your passion, energy, and vision.

When bonding turns into tinsel and ornaments... hang in there y'all, it's all for the photo op!

We had a blast and a half at our Youth With Vision Holiday Party this year! Thanks to all who came and celebrated the season with us!

What's the best way to celebrate the holidays? The Youth With Vision Holiday Party, of course!

Join us this Saturday, December 7 for a night of festive cheer, laughter, and unforgettable memories at the annual Youth With Vision holiday party!

We'll have Olive Garden for dinner, plenty of delicious cookies and snacks, games galore, and plenty of holiday cheer! We'll also be doing a Nice White Elephant gift exchange - but no pressure if you don't want to!

We'll be celebrating at 9500 N. Arlington Ave. Kansas City 64157 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Come hungry and dressed in your ugliest holiday sweater! See you there!
