Welcome the Summer Solstice with us! ☀️ Join us for Art & Soul-stice at The Sundry, an evening of inspiration, expression, and soul-nourishing creativity. June 20th ☀️
We begin with a soothing sound bath designed to quiet the mind and open the heart—gently awakening your inner muse and unlocking the creative flow within. Many participants are surprised to find that the art they create emerges directly from what they felt or saw during their soundbath.
Afterward, you’ll move into your own intuitive art-making process on canvas. With paints, crystals, dried flowers, charms, and other mixed media, you’ll be free to explore, play, and create in a way that feels authentic to you.
This isn’t about perfection or “knowing how to paint”—it’s about allowing yourself to release expectations, let go of limiting beliefs, and reconnect with parts of yourself that are ready to be seen, expressed, and expanded. Most of all fun!
There is guidance available, but this experience is rooted in freedom, flow, and curiosity. No experience needed—just come as you are.
All materials are provided, along with teas and light refreshments.
This will be our last Art From the Heart event at The Sundry KC before its events location closes. Come celebrate all the goodness, love, and creativity that has been brought to life in this magical place. 🫶🏼
