I help clients move, recover, and feel their best through tailored bodywork that blends clinical, and restorative techniques for pain relief, balance, and total well-being. For the last 10 years I built my business in SWMO by blending several massage modalities that include: 900 hour Clinical Massage license with a Neuromuscular focus. Certifications in Sacred Lomi Lomi, Thai Massage, (Reiki) Energy work and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release to create a tailored and affective session for each individual client. I am now located in North Kansas City full time working inside Beacon Bodyworks. I am passionate about my work and helping others and feel I offer a unique experience and at home care with every session through my advanced education and passionate spirit to help and make a difference in the lives of others. What to expect when you come to me for bodywork: All sessions start with a sit down discussion about your body, your life and what you feel on the daily. I take pride in educating my clients about WHAT is happening in their bodies, when we understand the WHY it makes it easier to do the things that keep us feeling better day to day. Each session is different. It is really hard for me to tell you exactly what to expect because we are ALL so different, we use our bodies differently, we have different life experiences and we process those experiences differently from person to person. While I am a clinical massage therapist with many certifications in multiple modalities, I take pride in the fact I use a combination of most of them for each session depending on what the client needs in that moment. I LISTEN. I listen to what you tell me about your body, what your tissue tells me about your body, and I work with my whole heart to do the best I can to help you HELP YOURSELF.
If you or someone you know is in chronic pain, post-surgery recovery, a focused athlete wanting to increase their abilities or just a loved one needing a soft relaxing massage, I GOT YOUR BACK (and dad jokes for days)
