We offer a complementary in-home assessment with our highly skilled MSN, BSN, RN who will evaluate your home care needs, your living environment to help you identify the level of care and appropriate weekly schedule. A Blessed Choice of Care’s goal is to address your home care needs while also enabling you to age gracefully at home. ABCC loves partnering with you because we know it’s important to remain near family, friends and enjoying the activities you love. Our home care services will be provided in the comfort of private residence, assisted living or independent living which is why our programs are the best solution! Our Services Are: Available by the Hour, Day and/or Live-In
• Personal Care & Support: Assist with eating, grooming, dressing, bathing, mobility, Incontinence etc.
• Companionship: Play games, reminisce, accompany to meetings, appointments, medication reminders, errands, shopping and much more.
• Home-Maker Services: Laundry, meal preparation, light housekeeping, change linen and much more.
• Alzheimer’s/ Dementia Care: Specialty care and support by a trained caregiver and overseen by Registered Nurse.
• Respite Services: Provide care and support in absence of primary caregiver.
