We know the weight of the last couple of weeks has been heavy for so many of us. Not just of what has been going on around the World, but in our personal lives as well.
Don't forget that it is okay to acknowledge when things feel overwhelming-our feelings are valid.

Taking care of your mental health doesn't have to be complicated. A few small steps can help lighten the load:

☀️ Limit your news and social media intake if it's becoming too much or just your "phone use" in general.

☀️ Make time for movements, even a short walk outside.

☀️ Talk it out-whether with a friend, loved one, or professional.

☀️ Give yourself permission to rest without guilt.

Remember, protecting your mental health is not selfish-it's essential. We're all navigating hard moments together, and it's important to take care of yourself so you can keep moving forward. 💚💚
