We have been dreaming of ways to invite a variety of opportunities for reconnection in our space and are grateful to share that we will be holding free community class on Tuesday mornings from 8-9am starting Nov. 4th!
Our community classes are a space to slow down, come together, and pursue presence. A gathering that encourages us to explore, move, breathe, and remember connection with ourselves and community.
These classes will be held in our sanctuary with integration time following at Selah Lounge for anyone who would like to join!

Qi gong is an ancient Chinese movement practice meant to awaken our vital life force energy (qi) through breath, movement and intention setting for optimal health and wellbeing. Considered an internal martial art for refining and unifying the mind, body and spirit.
In this Qigong class, you can expect gentle, slow-moving exercises that combine physical postures, deep breathing, and focused intention and visualization. The class will begin with a brief grounding meditation followed by warm-ups designed to warm up your joints, improve balance, circulation, and strength, and to help you relax and calm your mind. From here we will move through qi gong postures and meditative movements.
