Recently, American House communities competed in a steps challenge and American House Lebanon came in 1st place! 🥇 An amazing group of residents decided to go one step further and compete in a county-wide walking and fitness challenge 👟 Not only were they the first senior living community to compete - logging 10,165 minutes - but the 15 residents took 2nd place! 🥈 Check out their blog to see how the walkers prepared for both challenges and find out the astounding number of steps that were taken:

The American House challenge is rolling along! The second week was all about a "Tropical Getaway" experience. The summer heat is no joke! 🥵 To , American House is staying !! 🧊 Our communities are competing in a friendly hydration challenge, highlighting a different flavor-infused water weekly. First up was "Berry Hydrated" in honor of National Blueberry Month. From presentation to participation, our team members and residents went all out! There wasn't a dry mouth in the House 😉😁
