There have been years leading up to this moment. 5 years ago I trusted my gut and shifted my career. 2 years ago I visited this oasis for this very first time and fell in love. 1 year ago I had an idea to share this space and create opportunity for connection, love and self discovery. And today, here I am about to host my first retreat with 10 incredible women.⁣

I’m lucky enough to serve an audience balanced with men and women but this week it’s all about the ladies! Guys, hang in there with us. ⁣

As women we have the ability to wear so many hats. Mother, daughter, sister, wife, girlfriend, friend, colleague, yoga instructor, Doctor, photographer, life coach, teacher, nurse, bride... the list goes on and on. What happens sometimes is we try to wear every hat and make every hat fit at one time. ⁣

By getting clear on what your purpose is, focusing in on a plan of how to best implement your purpose and using your voice to affectively communicate- you can wear one hat at a time and do it damn well. You can make a much further impact when you are clear on what your focus is. ⁣

So babe, try letting go of the silly expectation that you should do it all and instead do one thing really, really well. ⁣

As women we can lift each other up and make each other better by living by example. Here’s to celebrating ourselves alllll week long!

Good morning ☀️ ⁣

I’m really enjoying my new Saturday morning routine. By starting the weekend intentionally with a coffee date with myself then time at the yoga studio, I am able to realign and get clear after a full work week. ⁣

In order to show up for my clients and my people, I have to show up for myself. Ignoring my me time only leads to one thing and I’ll just tell ya, it isn’t pretty. ⁣

What are you doing today to spend time with yourself? You aren’t selfish, you are strategic. You are the most important relationship in your life. Treat yourself as top priority. ⁣

Regardless, Happy March 1st!!

What is one habit you are going to start today and commit to for the entire month?

I’ll share what I wrote in my Intentions this morning with ya...

“This month I intend to practice self awareness by recognizing the stories I am telling myself about my body. I promise to treat my body with love and respect while expressing gratitude for my abundant health. I intend to hydrate my body and move with purpose and intention daily. Self, I promise to be good to you. This month and every month after.”

The habit that you chose to set for this month doesn’t have to be drastic. We aren’t looking for any quick fixes here. We are looking for sustainable lifestyle habits with benefits you will reap for months and years to come.

I’d love to hear what your one intention for March is. What is the habit you are going to make?

Monday Motivation...

What you repeatedly do is an indication of the type of person you believe that you are.

If you continuously wake up early, take time meditating and journaling, exercise and move your body, then you believe that you are a healthy, determined individual. You believe that you are worthy of an abundant life and you are going to do what it takes to make that happen.

The same goes for if you continuously over sleep, eat fast food and ignore your mental health. Those acts prove that you believe you are an unmotivated, lazy person and that you are not capable of creating an abundant life.

Pay attention to what habits you repeat daily and ask yourself if they align with the person that you believe you are.

I believe you are smart, motivated and worthy of a damn good life. Now, prove to yourself that you are.
