I had a client yesterday that said I’m sorry I don’t talk durning my massage, I just focus on the gliding of your hands. I was so happy to hear this, because I knew she was feeling present in her body and being in that moment. It means so much to stop and feel that. To recognize what your body should or shouldn’t feel like. If anyone is ever feeling this, please pause and focus on yourself while your receiving bodywork.
