I'm taking a couple days off and catching up on all of the things I've been wanting to do , which includes website , shop and more ! I Updated my site and added a more descriptive summary of why and who would most benefit from a "3 series" as well as explain a single series. Lastly , I updated what my booking policies are and the proper steps to take when scheduling your session !

What would your health and lifestyle look like if you took care of your body as hard as your body is trying to take care of you ?

If you fed your body nourishing foods, if you got quality sleep, if you were properly hydrated, if you were supporting proper digestion , if you were managing your stress levels , if you listened to the subtle ( and sometimes not so subtle ) cues that your body is sending you. When we start to realize how much power we have over our own health , an amazing transformation can take place !

Starting with a colonic is the best way to reset and eliminate all of the built up toxins accumulated over a lifetime ( and believe me, it’s more than you think ). Once the toxins are cleared , our bodies can efficiently absorb the new nutrients being put in. You see why a colonic is so important in this process? Changing your diet alone doesn’t clear all of the bad stuff that was once being put in. Lets fall in love with taking care of our bodies in 2021!

With the New Year amongst us, it is an ideal time to sit back and reflect on what may be out of balance in our lives, then take steps to restore our equilibrium. Colon hydrotherapy is the best way to clear our colons of unwanted waste, debris and residue - once that is removed we may replenish ourselves and start anew 🙏🏼 let’s ring in 2021 the best we can , who’s in for a cleanse ?

With the end of 2020 in sight , I think the majority of us are ready for the next chapter. I can definitely say , it’s been a freakin’ wild one. Yes, this year was definitely filled with tons of unexpected events and challenges ( to put it gently) . However , to be honest , I had some pretty triumphant and incredible moments. Marrying was by far my favorite and relocating/ re-opening my practice was pretty bad ass too! It wouldn’t have been possible without the endless emotional and physical support of Jared. We spent 47 days fully renovating this space , 3 days in the ER and many missed beach days - WORTH IT!! Cheers to a soon to be new year and I hope everyone is ready to leave all the nonsense behind. The divide has gotta come to an end , I’m just saying. Spread some aloha, life’s short !

Aloha beauties 🤍 I relocated & re-opened my practice November 1rst! I’ve been workin’ my b***y off , so much I haven’t had a chance to update y’all and show off my beautiful new space! I am now in the office Tuesday , Thursday , Saturday & Sunday from 9:30-4:30! It’s been incredible being back ,mahalo for all of your continued love and support.

Good morning beauties !! I wanted to make an announcement regarding my new availability beginning September!
As many of you know, I have only been available on weekends and have been completely booked out for over a month. So... a wonderful opportunity presented itself and now, I will also be available on Thursdays ! I am so excited that I will be able to accommodate more clients each week which will mean a lesser wait time. I am very grateful for this opportunity and to all of my clients for your support of the past months. So much Aloha!
