We love veggies AND it's easier to meet fiber needs when you include other plants.

Fruit
Nuts
Seeds
Legumes
Grains

Can all be great sources of fiber.

Oh and variety is important when it comes to fiber supporting your microbiome. So eat your veggies and add lots of other plants too.

Aim for 30 different plants a week.
