Here in Kapaa, we are offering classes everyday with incredible teachers and it feels like home again! Hiding my face, my heart, insecurities, & vulnerabilities when truly those are the most beautiful parts of all. We can all post incredible looking photos that falsely provide a feeling of acceptance and acknowledgment. Yet they don’t do anything for our connection, heart, soul and peace of mind.
I often wonder if Instagram is more harmful than helpful? But maybe we can share our secrets, like I often don’t have a clue of what I’m doing. I can’t fix myself or anyone else but I can love love and love more. And open to the rawness of this mystery of life . And show you my true heart and give you my soul.

A healthy looking body without radical acceptance is not true health. No amount of exercise or eating a certain way will lead to contentment and self love.
You know what does? Kindness to oneself first. Can we be gentle on ourself and workout like an animal. YES. Join me.

Moms are superhero’s! This is two weeks before I was born! She said giving birth (naturally) were both the greatest days of her life. At age 3 my dad ended up gaining custody of my sister and I. It was so hard without my mommy. Now at age 45 living with her is one of the most special times of my life . It is healing and meaningful beyond words . Here’s to all the mamas . You amaze me.

Happy May Day everyone! I have been feeling this transition so strong in the last few days. The transition of Waves closing and figuring out the next step has been quite the mystery . May we all breathe with the transitions and trust in the vastness and interconnection of all . PS I miss Kauai so much my heart hurts. Love love love.

Here is the current schedule. The intention with sharing classes at these wonderful places is to make meditation, yoga & fitness more accessible to everyone. Unlimited open air space feels inviting and comfortable. These classes are offered at affordable rates with sliding scale and work trade opportunities as well. Waves Yoga Foundation also provides outreach programs where we bring yoga to facilities that may not otherwise have the opportunity. All levels are welcome to any and all of these classes. It can be your first time or millionth. Pre registration is not required. Lmk if you have more questions or comments! Thanks so much for your endless support .

8:30 - 10 am Yoga flow with MFR $20
10:30-11:15 am Keiki (all ages) FREE

It is a weekly community event. An opportunity to be together cultivating peace, harmony, and equanimity. Everyone is welcome. Tons of space! Would love to practice with all of you. Please let me know if you have any questions.
