I woke up with a feeling of excitement … tapping into all my heart is grateful for ♥️

* 30 hours of training includes 10 practice teaching classes.
* 5 days of in person -or (online training is an option).

3 weeks until we begin our next BARRE teacher training!! Join us with master teacher trainer, Anna Bazalar. Anna has been in the barre world for 19 years! She comes from the old school original works of BARRE. Anna provides an in-depth training to teach a solid, safe, effective & fun Barre workout. She highlights the importance of foundational groundwork, true to form & technique, as well as a very well-rounded approach to teaching that comes from all her years of teaching, leading teacher trainings and her own continuing education.

In this training:
You will learn to cue, find your teaching voice, musicality, and choreography. Learn to be on the mic, get out of your comfort zone, and build confidence. We learn anatomy that pertains to barre. Cueing modifications for injuries and pregnancies & hands on adjustments.
