We believe movement & connection HEAL. Bring us together and we multiply that feeling=group fitness! Barre is a no-impact workout performed in an interval training style. You will burn fat quickly and increase lean muscle mass by using your own body weight for resistance while performing precise isometric movements to beat of funky fresh music. Muscles are worked to the point of fatigue and then stretched and lengthened. Our focus on proper technique and alignment insures a safe workout that delivers results. This is a great class for all ages and fitness levels. You can expect to notice some results and benefits within just the first few classes.

MAY Barre INTENSIVE Training Schedule:
Sat 5/24 12:00-6:00p
Sun 5/25 1-4p
Mon OFF
Tues 5/27 12-4p
Wed 5/28 5-8p
Thurs 5/29 1-5p

* 30 hours of training includes 10 practice teaching classes.
* 5 days of in person -or (online training is an option).
* $995 includes one month of in-studio classes ($180 value)
* 20% for Barre Soul autopay members
* $100 off paid in full
* Certified hours through Barre Soul Kauai & Barre Fitness Alliance (BFA).
