Where the adventure of Life, meets the adventure of Yoga~AYFK offers kids yoga classes, privates, birthday parties, workshops,& camps all over CO! The mission of Adventure Yoga for Kids is to improve the strength and flexibility of children's minds and bodies. We enhance kids' physical, mental, and emotional health through the use of movement, stress management, and the connection between the brain, body, and breath. I want to provide our youth with tools to develop confidence and courage in order to create healthier bodies, make better decisions, develop stronger relationships, and become more successful in the adventure that we call life.
