Kaplan Family Care Clinic participated in the Kaplan Mardi Gras Parade today and it was a success. Thank you to Antoine’s 5 Star Trucking LLC for the 5 Star service provided! Him & his wife were very professional and was sure to make all our request happen. We had the pleasure of participating in the Health Fair at Johnston-Hopkins Elementary School presented by New Jerusalem Ministry🙌🏽 We would like to thank New Jerusalem Ministry for inviting us to their community event and we appreciate everyone who came out to support us and/or meet us♥️ We were able to Network and meet lots of people from the community! We performed Blood Pressure Checks as well as Blood Glucosecose Checks and was able to provide some patient education🫶🏽

Kaplan Family Care Clinic will be in attendence at the Health Fair in New Iberia, La at Johnston-Hopkins Elementary School on this Saturday 2/15/25 from 10am-2pm. Our providers Crystal Broussard & LaDaja Allen will be there to give you information on what is offered at our clinic! We will also be available for blood pressure screenings as well as blood glucose screenings! If you are in search of or know someone in search of a New Adult or Pediatric Primary Care Provider come out and meet with us!
