Clinical Labs of Hawaii took part in the 10th annual "Bike & Skateboard Safety Day" on Saturday (June 28, 2025). This safety education event was organized and hosted by Wilcox Medical Center. Keiki received a free fitted multi-use helmet, participated in fun events, and had the chance to win bikes donated by community organizations and businesses.

Since 2020, Clinical Labs of Hawaii has offered seniors at Aiea High School the opportunity to take a phlebotomy training course as their senior capstone project. Many of these students continue to pursue a laboratory professional career with Clinical Labs of Hawaii in the community where they grew up. We would like to congratulate our Aiea High School c/o 2025 students!

January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month. Cervical cancer continues to impact women in the United States at a concerning rate.

Approximately 8 out of 10 women in the U.S. will contract HPV, the most common sexually transmitted infection associated with cervical cancer, at some point in their lives.

While most HPV infections resolve within two years, undetected and untreated cases can lead to cervical cancer, emphasizing the need for regular screenings and early intervention.
