When I began to be aware that when I get into a near fender bender at a parking lot, that it was telling me that there's something in the thoughts I had right before the near fender bender, I instantly asked the guides, is the universe sending me signs through near accidents? I was sort of joking when I asked, but was surprised when they said yes. So, like a normal human, I asked (a bit testily) for a less dramatic sign, and I was told calmly and neutrally by the guides that they would, and they have in the past, but when it is subtle I don't listen, which is true.

If you are like me, then being mindful of your thoughts will make the signs less dramatic.

People often ask me how I became a channel and how I am able to channel as I do. I did it by healing, deeply and comprehensively. As a channel, there's no substitute to having a regular practice of meditation and shadow work. It's how the channel opens and strengthens and once you become the channel you want to be, it's how you keep it stable.

In my 40s, my life was turned upside down during an awakening experience. So, here I was, having worked hard for my credentials my whole life, and I realized I worked hard for a life I absolutely did not want to go back to.

I'd like to be able to tell you that I was spiritually mature about it and tried my best, but that would be a lie. I kept trying to negotiate with the universe to give me my life back, a life that frankly I wasn't fond of.

Soul fragmentations are silly that way. They make you want what doesn't serve your highest good at this moment because, at one point, it made them feel safe.

So, whatever the reason you need to start over, it really doesn't matter. We all start somewhere. And if you can get out of your own way long enough to embrace that you've been gifted the opportunity to have a beginner's mind, you'll discover what it is to love yourself.
