A CORE Sports Easter… a tradition that began during the challenges of COVID, when the world felt isolated, yet we continued to serve as essential workers.
During that time, so many of our keiki missed out on the joy of celebrations, connection, and simply being kids. We didn’t want Easter to be one of those lost moments. Thanks to one of our incredible team members, Leslie Juliano, who went around the entire island visiting our CORE Sports staff as the Easter bunny, we were able to bring a sense of normalcy and joy back to our families, making sure our kids could still experience the magic of Easter.
What started as an act of care during a difficult time has now become a cherished tradition. Each year, we continue this celebration so our keiki will always have Easter with their CORE Sports ‘ohana.
We spend a large portion of our lives at work-often more time than we do anywhere else. Through the highs, the lows, and everything in between, we build bonds that go beyond the workplace. Moments like these remind us that sometimes, those bonds can feel just as strong as family.
This is a time for the kids, a time for laughter and memories, but also a time for working parents to pause, connect, and celebrate togetherness.
