For the next week ish I will be in 3rd eye chakra (I’m a week behind on posting). I encourage you to learn more about it and participate in whatever exercises you see fit! 🌊 💙🦋
THEME
Indigo: Add Indigo into everything you do these next two weeks! A deep blue is the color of the ocean and seems to be a million different shades of blue, while simultaneously giving that powerfully uniform color & energy! Your thoughts are extremely powerful as what you think can become your reality! We have control over very little in this life-but the one thing you maintain complete control of is your mind! These next two weeks are about connecting your life on earth plane with your spiritual practices. This is about putting your words into positive actions that will better your life and the lives of others.
Third Eye Chakra Color is Indigo! To me it resonates as your spiritual chakra. This would be the chakra associated with religious practices as well as things like prayer and meditation. 3rd eye chakra calls for you to bring a peaceful and calming energy into your life. It’s a time to reflect on how you can improve your spiritual practices to help you grow into a more well rounded person. Life on earth can be difficult, and that’s why it’s important to have tools to help you through challenging times. Prayer, chanting and meditation all raise your vibration while connection you to your source energy (different for different belief systems; in my case it’s God). When you appropriately use these tools you are able to completely relax your energetic state, which is helpful in stressful circumstances. These next two weeks act in way that you positively connect with yourself, your friends/family, and with strangers. All of these energetic exchanges lead you to new life experiences and positive growth. Now is the time to put actions to your plans, thoughts, and even to your words. How do I connect into myself and out into my community? What about my country or the world? Ponder these esoteric philosophical questions and grow into a better you. Spend time in contemplation and meditation dissecting the woes of the world and more importantly what you personally are going to do to change them.
