Hello and welcome to my business page! I have been a trusted, dependable, Massage Therapist in Rochester since 2011. I love helping my clients with muscle tension issues such as leg muscle tension from running, tendonitis, tension headaches and migraines. I also enjoy helping women with the changes their body goes through with prenatal (pregnancy) and postnatal Massage. I use an integrated approach to Massage Therapy, as I do not see it as one size fits all. My style is a combination of Swedish Massage, Esalen Massage, Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping, Craniosacral, and anything else I've learned over the years that I think would be useful for the problem at hand. Every body reacts differently to different pressure, different Massage Therapists, and different techniques and I hope to be the last stop on your Massage Therapist shopping journey. Previously I have worked at Massage Envy and Lilac/Sage Wellness Center, both in Rochester. I have also been a featured Massage Therapist at the Women and Spirituality Conference at the Mayo Civic Center in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount of the session price for their “missed” appointment. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

My Story

Hello, my name is Lynn Fricker. I attended Massage and Spa Professional Academy, and in 2011 I completed the 600 hour Massage Therapy certification. My certification is also in Pregnancy and Geriatric Massage. I use an integrated Swedish, Esalen, and Deep Tissue technique to effectively relieve tension and knots. I am licensed by the city of Rochester, MN. I have been a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals since 2010. I have over 3000 hours of Massage experience under my belt. I am a Licensed Cosmetologist with Advanced Esthetician certifications. Also a featured Wellness provider at the Women and Spirituality Conference, Rochester, Minnesota.
