Reiki is the life energy that flows though all living things.

REIKI is a natural, non-invasive energy healing practice for all living beings at every stage of life. It was developed in Japan in the 1800's by Mikao Usui and has been passed down through select grandmasters. Reiki is based on guiding energy within the body to aid with stress reduction and relaxation. When the body and mind are relaxed, the body can work to repair and heal and allow the mind to function with more clarity. There are many conditions that reiki may help with and it is a great complement to traditional medicine, embraced by many hospitals, healthcare facilities and veterinarians.

Catherine first studied Reiki in 2009 and developed her personal practice in the Usui System of Natural Healing helping friends and family alongside her growing pet care business, All 4 Pets Inc. Catherine has seen first hand how reiki can positively impact people, and also animals in her care. She is equally comfortable treating humans and animals although the techniques employed are quite different. Growing demand for her services encouraged her to offer reiki healing as a professional service for all.
