Meet Nicoletta 🔥 Our newest powerhouse on the Plank schedule.

When the world shut down in 2020, she leaned hard on her fitness community — and fell madly in love with strength training. That spark led her to become an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor so she could share the magic of moving (and sweating) together.

Since then, she’s stacked her creds as a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist, with a major passion for supporting underrepresented groups in wellness. 👏

She helped launch the first Rumble Boxing in Connecticut and now teaches at Equinox across CT + Westchester (aka… she’s the real deal).

What fuels her? Building strength, confidence, and community — in an inclusive space where we ditch fear at the door and lift each other up. 💪✨

Catch Nicoletta on Tuesdays at 7AM in Ridgefield and Thursdays at 10:30AM in Katonah. Trust us, she brings the spice. 🌶️💥
