Imagine showing up each week to a supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and learn new ways to feel calmer and more grounded. That’s exactly what Mindfulness Practices for Stress Reduction & Inner Peace offers. If you’re local to the Ridgefield, CT area this in-person series is a wonderful opportunity to connect, practice, and grow alongside others in your community.

Over the course of six weeks, I will guide participants through evidence-based techniques like breathwork, meditation, and visualization. These practices not only reduce stress but also help balance the nervous system, increase self-awareness, and improve overall well-being.

This workshop is designed for anyone seeking practical tools to bring more peace and presence into their daily lives. Whether you’re navigating a demanding career, caregiving responsibilities, or simply looking to cultivate inner calm, this series offers a grounded, supportive approach to mindfulness.
