As this year closes, I’ve been reflecting on all it held — the expansion, challenges, and growth through both.
This year brought milestones I’m so grateful for:
🐞Facilitating my first successful women’s retreat
🐞Holding space monthly for a Cancer Healing Circle at NWH, while supporting the staff there weekly with Reiki
🐞Publishing my first article with the Reiki Healing Association and being honored as a cover of Universal Life Magazine
✨ Offering Reiki and wellness workshops to women who deserve healing
At the same time, this year asked a lot of me. Building my business, welcoming clients, and navigating the reality of being a small business owner in a community full of gifted holistic healers here in Westchester. There were moments of confidence — and moments of doubt where I questioned if I was doing enough or if my work truly made an impact.
This year also invited deeper personal healing. I worked on parts of myself I hadn’t been ready to face, and that inner work became one of the most transformative lessons of my life.
With support from fellow energy workers and mentors, I deepened my practice:
✨ Becoming Ho’oponopono Reiki Certified, through deep shadow work and forgiveness
✨ Becoming a Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher, awakening parts of myself that had long felt dormant — reconnecting with my feminine, intuitive, goddess energy
This awakening clarified how I want to deepen the work I’m already doing — supporting my clients with even more presence, skill, and integration from my own healing and training.
✨ What’s coming next ✨
More one-on-one healing sessions, group events and retreats, continued work in hospitals and community spaces, and ongoing training, including Dynamic Body Balancing Level 1 — a gentle, hands-on modality that helps the nervous system and body return to balance by encouraging its natural self-regulation.
Above all, I’m committed to more balance — in my life and in the spaces I hold for others. Showing up as myself. Holding space for whatever you need.
Wishing you a happy, healthy, and heart-centered New Year filled with love and light 🌿✨
Rebecca
