And that’s not a failure — it’s real life.

Some of us are juggling babies, big kids, businesses, bodies that need rest, aging parents, mental loads, hormones, healing…
So if your “best year ever” looks quieter, slower, or more supported — you’re doing it right.

💛 As you think about goals for 2026, try this instead of the all-or-nothing reset:

👉 Set goals that fit your season, not someone else’s highlight reel
👉 Lower the bar… then build consistency
