Saying “no” doesn’t make you difficult. It makes you clear. Every time you say no to something that doesn’t align with you, you’re saying yes to your needs, your peace, and your priorities.

A Coaching Program Designed for Parents
Sometimes, the best way to help children is to give parents the tools they need to create change at home. That’s why WHCC offers a 6-week Parent Coaching Program led by our graduate practicum students.
Here’s how it works:
    •    Baseline Behavior Report: At the start of the program, the student therapist will conduct a behavior assessment to understand your child’s current patterns.
    •    Goal Development: Together with you, clear goals will be set around behavior and emotional regulation.
    •    Weekly Tips & Strategies: During each session, you’ll learn practical techniques to use at home, tailored to your child’s unique needs.
    •    Progress Monitoring: Every week, your child’s behavior is measured against the baseline, so you can see tangible progress as new strategies are applied.
    •    Six-Week Timeline: This program is intentionally short and focused. In just six weeks, families often notice significant improvement in emotional regulation, communication, and behavior at home.
đź’˛ At $50 per session, this coaching program is not only affordable but also gives parents the confidence and structure to support their child more effectively.
