The company Vanguard Rehabilitation Physicians of Texas was founded by Dr. Margaret Oni in 2018. Dr. Oni is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Board Certified in Brain Injury Medicine. Dr. Oni's outpatient PM&R clinic was established in 2019 to serve clients with disabilities in the Greater Houston community. We treat brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee, and musculoskeletal disorders. We address the cognitive, physical, behavioral, and vocational needs of these individuals.
