Our mission is to treat the cognitive, physical, behavioral and vocational needs of disabled clients Our vision is to impact and empower the disabled community.

The company Vanguard Rehabilitation Physicians of Texas was founded by Dr. Margaret Oni in 2018. Dr. Oni is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Board Certified in Brain Injury Medicine. Dr. Oni's outpatient PM&R clinic was established in 2019 to serve clients with disabilities in the Greater Houston community. We treat brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee, and musculoskeletal disorders. We address the cognitive, physical, behavioral, and vocational needs of these individuals. Testimonial time! Meet our client who had a hemorrhagic stroke in June 2021. He has left sided weakness and spasticity. He has undergone phenol injections by Dr. Oni to treat the tightness in his left arm. Dr. Oni also manages his baclofen pump to treat the tightness in his left leg.
