Meet Caroline Omar, our newest therapist at The Well🌱

Caroline works with children, families, and postpartum mothers— specializing in adoption and foster care, ADHD, neurodivergence, and trauma. With a trauma-informed, nervous system-based approach, she helps clients find safety, connection, and growth.

As both a clinician and a mom, she brings deep empathy and understanding to her work🌻
