A quick update for our lovely community:

✨ Tuesday: Private class cancelled

✨ Wednesday: Group Yoga & Meditation at 6:00 PM — join us to ground and reset before the holiday 🍂

✨ Thursday: All classes cancelled in observance of Thanksgiving Day 🦃

✨ Saturday:
• 9:00 AM – Dance 💃
• 10:15 AM – Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing ✨

That’s why we want to share some simple but powerful ways to support your body naturally.

✨ Nutrition plays a major role!

Limit red meat, salty foods, and dairy 🥛

Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and refined sugar ☕🍷
