This week we had the joy of leading yoga and meditation sessions at Grundfos, where employee well-being is truly a priority. 💼🧘‍♀️

From stress relief to team connection, these mini wellness sessions created a space for movement, breath, and mindfulness right in the heart of the workday. What stood out the most? The support and presence of leadership—a clear sign that Grundfos genuinely cares about their team. 🙌

✨ A big milestone to celebrate! ✨

I’m officially approved as an E-RYT 500 + YACEP with 🙏🏼

This is a high recognition in the yoga world—and I’m deeply proud.

To earn it, I completed:

✔️ Over 3,000 hours of teaching
✔️ More than 10 years of experience since my first 200-hour training
✔️ Ongoing studies in Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and wellness education

What’s more? As a YACEP, I can now teach and certify other yoga teachers with continuing education programs 💫

This journey has been filled with learning, love, and deep transformation—and I’m so grateful to all of you who’ve been part of it. 💛

📍From Houston’s Energy Corridor to virtual to my 1 on 1 classes - Rose Lane Wellness continues to grow. 🌱
