Saline implant deflation is a strategic, staged approach used to prepare the body for the next step in surgery. 👀

In patients with saline breast implants, the implant can be safely deflated in the office. Once deflated, the body is given time to respond naturally. During this period, the skin begins to tighten and contract, and just as importantly, the implant pocket gradually shrinks as well.

This controlled process helps:
• Reduce excess skin
• Allow the breast tissue to retract naturally
• Create a smaller, tighter implant pocket
• Improve overall shape and positioning for future surgery

As shown here, results evolve over time - from before, to immediately after deflation, to several weeks later as the body continues to heal and adjust.
