Spring Break Is the Perfect Time for an Adjustment! 🌿

We’re open during Spring Break, making it a great opportunity to bring the kids in for a visit—or schedule an adjustment for the whole family.

Regular chiropractic care can help support healthy movement, better sleep, improved posture, and nervous system balance while kids grow and stay active.

Take advantage of the break to help everyone feel their best!

Daylight Saving Time & Kids’ Routines ⏰

When the clocks change, kids can feel the shift in their sleep and daily rhythm. A few simple habits can help make the transition smoother for the whole family.

🌞 Start the Day with Sunlight – Natural morning light helps the body adjust to the new schedule.
📅 Keep Bedtime Consistent – Maintaining a predictable routine helps children feel more settled at night.
🚴 Encourage Movement – Active play during the day supports better sleep later on.
📵 Create a Calm Evening – Limiting screens and stimulating activities before bed can help kids wind down.
🧠 Support Their Nervous System – Chiropractic care can help the body stay balanced and adapt to changes more easily.

Small adjustments can make a big difference in helping kids stay rested and regulated during the time change.

Supplement Support for a Calm Nervous System

Certain supplements can be powerful additions to a holistic wellness routine. Here are a few of our favorites:

🌿 Magnesium Glycinate – Supports calmness, eases muscle tension, and promotes restful sleep.
🌿 L-Theanine – Encourages a relaxed state without reducing daytime alertness.
🌿 Ashwagandha – An adaptogenic herb that helps lower cortisol, reduce stress, and improve sleep.
🌿 Valerian Root – Supports GABA levels in the brain to promote relaxation and better sleep quality.

When combined with chiropractic care and healthy lifestyle habits, these tools can help support a balanced, resilient nervous system.

Circulation & Heart Support ❤️

In honor of American Heart Month, we’re highlighting simple ways to support healthy circulation. One of our favorite tools is the vibration platform — a gentle, low-impact way to stimulate blood flow, support lymphatic movement, and activate muscles for all ages.

When paired with chiropractic care, it helps your nervous system stabilize adjustments so your body can move and function more efficiently.
