FEBRUARY FULL MOON AND PARASITE AWARENESS
Around the full moon, many people notice changes in their bodies. While this isn’t about fear, it is about awareness. In holistic and functional nutrition circles, the days just before, during, and after a full moon are often considered a time to pay closer attention to possible signs of parasite activity.
It’s important to know that everyone has parasites. This is normal. The real question is whether your body is strong enough to keep them in balance and eliminate them effectively. When digestion, immune function, detox pathways, or the nervous system are under stress, parasites can become more active and symptoms may show up.
Possible signs of parasite activity can include:
• Bloating, gas, or changes in bowel habits
• Sugar or carb cravings
• Itching (especially at night)
• Sleep disturbances or restlessness
• Fatigue or brain fog
• Skin issues such as rashes or unexplained irritation
• Grinding teeth or jaw tension
• Increased anxiety or irritability
These symptoms don’t automatically mean parasites are the problem, but patterns matter, especially if symptoms intensify around the full moon or repeat cyclically.
The goal is not to panic or self-diagnose, but to listen to your body. Supporting digestion, detoxification, immune health, and the nervous system helps the body do what it’s designed to do, maintain balance and strength.
If you notice recurring symptoms, it may be a sign that your body needs support, not just to address parasites, but to strengthen the systems that keep them under control. Awareness is the first step toward better health.
At The Nutritional Healing Center, we offer testing and functional evaluations to identify parasite involvement and provide targeted solutions to help your body regain balance. Reach out to schedule your appointment.
