Muscle testing is a diagnostic tool that uses the body’s own nervous system to uncover hidden problems. The human body knows what is wrong with it, but unfortunately it cannot give you a sticky note or email you with a list of what is not working correctly. It can however communicate through the turning on or off of muscles. This allows a muscle tester to get to the root cause of illness and disease.

Until the 31st October, I am offering a comprehensive new client appointments at a special rate of $100. This includes:

* A full health history assessment
* A head to toe body scan using muscle testing to identify areas of stress and imbalance
* A report of findings and protocol recommendations

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable insights into your health and begin addressing the root cause of discomfort and dysfunction.

Must mention this post to get special rate!

Trust what your body is telling you.
A lot of my clients feel like they have tried absolutely everything to feel better. Often, detoxification is the missing piece to their health and wellness. The Ion Cleanse Foot Detox is a medical grade powered foot bath that draws positive and negative charged toxins from the body.
The best results are found when sessions are initially 2 x per week for 10 sessions, this really opens up the detox pathways and releases A LOT of toxins.
For The Month of October I am offering 30% discount off a package of 10 foot detox sessions. So if you would like to feel better, sleep better and function better - 10 sessions will be $350.

Sugar may give a quick burst of energy but it wreaks havoc on the body by spiking blood sugar, stressing the liver and feeding inflammation. Over time, it can lead to weight gain, hormone imbalances and chronic diseases. The less sugar we eat, the better our body can heal, balance and thrive.

WEEK 4 - YOUR FOUNDATION IS SET!

You’ve learned how digestion works, you’ve practiced eliminating foods that trigger bloating, and you’ve felt the difference when wheat, sugar and dairy are out. Week 4 is all about healing and strengthening your gut for the long run!

Here’s what we’ll focus on this week:

* Add in gut-healing foods – bone broth, sauerkraut, kimchi, ginger tea, foods that calm inflammation and help repair your gut lining.
* Feed your good bacteria – probiotics (the healthy gut bugs) and prebiotics (their food, like garlic, onions, asparagus, apples).
* Stress management – slowing down before meals with deep breaths or gratitude helps your body digest better.
* Hydration & timing – drink most of your water between meals and try to finish dinner 3 hours before bed.
* Gentle movement – walking or stretching after meals helps your belly feel lighter.
* Mindful eating – chew thoroughly, eat without screens, and notice how your body feels.

By the end of this week, you’ll have not only eliminated the biggest food stressors, but also learned how to build a lifestyle that keeps bloating away.

I am so proud of everyone that joined the program, to see the changes in symptoms and relationships with food is truly inspiring, well done everybody!

Are Your Medications Silently Depleting Your Nutrients?

While medications can be life saving and essential, many people don’t realize that long term use of certain drugs may deplete vital vitamins and minerals in the body.

Over time, this can lead to symptoms like:
*Fatigue
*Brain fog
*Muscle cramps
*Mood changes
*Weakened immunity

These nutrient depletions often go unnoticed until they begin affecting your health.

The good news is you can take steps to protect your nutrient levels by prioritizing a nutrient rich, whole food diet and supplementingwhere necessary.

Medications can save lives but understanding their side effects helps you protect your long-term health. Knowledge is power!

WEEK 3 - THE BIG RESET - Eliminating Common Food Stressors

We’ve laid the foundation in Week 1 by tuning up digestion, and in Week 2 by experimenting with letting go of one food trigger. You’ve already built awareness and momentum, now it’s time to take things to the next level!

This week, we’ll focus on removing the most common bloating culprits:

Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, whey)

Wheat/Gluten (bread, pasta, pastries, crackers, cereals)

Sugar (processed sweets, hidden sugars in sauces, juices, protein bars, etc.)

Instead, you’ll enjoy a clean, whole-food diet:
* Grass-fed, organic animal protein
* Organic vegetables of all colors and varieties
* A little low-glycemic fruit (berries, apples, citrus)
* Beans and seeds for extra fiber, minerals and variety

Why are we doing this?
These foods are the top “stressors” for digestion, often leading to gas, bloating, fatigue, skin flare-ups, and inflammation. By removing them for a week, you’ll give your digestive system a break and create space to see how good your body can feel.

What to expect this week:

Day 1-2: You might feel cravings, this is your body adjusting. Hydrate, eat enough protein, and lean on your swap list. (those that joined the program have this)

Day 3-4: Digestion begins to lighten up, less bloating, fewer dips in energy.

Day 5-7: Clearer head, improved digestion, better sleep, glowing skin, you’ll start to feel the magic!

Tips for success:

Keep meals simple: protein + veggies + healthy fat = satisfaction and stability.

Prep ahead: batch-cook protein and chopped veggies so you’re never caught hungry.

Use your swap list! (Coconut yogurt instead of dairy, cassava or almond flour wraps instead of bread, dates or berries instead of sugar.)

Stay supported: cravings and detox symptoms are normal—it means your body is shifting.

Mindset reminder: This is not about restriction, it’s about discovery. You’re creating the conditions for your body to heal and your digestion to thrive.

By the end of Week 3, you’ll have a clear sense of how your body feels without these stressors and that knowledge is pure empowerment.

Remember to use your weekly check in appointment with me to stay motivated and ask all the questions.

We just wrapped up Week 1, and what a powerful start it has been!

This week, we focused on understanding how digestion really works starting from the top down. By building awareness around upper digestion, we connected the dots between symptoms like bloating, nausea, and reflux, and what’s happening with things like stomach acid, digestive enzymes, and the gallbladder.

For many of you, adding in digestive support such as Zypan has already made a big difference, less bloating after meals, improved energy, and even fewer cravings.

The key takeaway from Week 1: when we support digestion at the start of the process, the rest of the system works more smoothly!

Next up in Week 2: we’ll celebrate your wins, troubleshoot challenges, and take a closer look at food triggers. Each of you will pick one food to let go of so we can see how your body responds.

I will provide a food swap list so that we can find something clean to replace some trigger foods, there will be no suffering, I promise you!

You’re doing amazing, keep listening to your body and noticing those positive shifts!

BEAT THE BLOAT - WEEK 1 OUTLINE

Do you struggle with:
Constant bloating
Nausea after meals
Gas and burping
A heavy or stuck feeling in your stomach
Food sitting too long or coming back up

These are signs your digestion isn’t working smoothly.

In Week 1 of the Beat the Bloat Program, we’ll take a closer look at how digestion should work — and where things often go wrong.

Here’s a simple breakdown:
- Stomach acid (HCL): Breaks down proteins and kills harmful microbes. If it’s low, food ferments and causes bloating, nausea, gas.
-Digestive enzymes: Break down carbs, fats, and proteins so your body can absorb nutrients. If lacking, food isn’t digested properly causing discomfort and fatigue.
- Gallbladder & bile: Help digest fats, if sluggish, you may feel heavy or nauseous after fatty meals.

By understanding these first steps of digestion, you’ll start to see why your symptoms happen, we will use this knowledge to begin calming and resetting your gut.
This week is all about awareness and connection, linking your symptoms to the stage of digestion where things are breaking down. Once we know that, we can build a plan to truly beat the bloat.
Dont forget, we will meet weekly to build your individual program and to keep you on track.

If you think this is a program you would like to do, reach out to reserve your spot
