We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Katy/Houston !

We are a patient-centered clinic providing integrative, evidence-based care , and we’re looking for a business-minded NP who can deliver excellent clinical care while also helping grow the practice through referrals, systems, and community partnerships.

Who we’re looking for:
• Strong clinical skills and excellent documentation
• Growth mindset with an owner/operator mentality
• Understands how to build patient volume through referrals and strategic partnerships

Key responsibilities:
• Help grow patient volume through referral relationships, patient retention, and community outreach
• Support workshops, events, and employer partnerships
• Collaborate with front desk, rehab/therapy, acupuncture, and care coordination teams
• Help improve workflows, training, and clinic efficiency
