☀️ Don’t forget your sunscreen!
Even on cloudy days, UV rays can cause skin damage.
✅ Use SPF 30 or higher
✅ Reapply every 2 hours
✅ Apply ears, neck, and hands!
✅Apply sunscreen to the top of your head or wear a hat, if you don’t have much hair
