We are proud to support the next generation of healthcare professionals at Viva 3 Physical Therapy. This photo features our staff alongside three interns—one from Pima Medical Institute pursuing a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree, and two from University of Houston completing their Bachelor’s of Science. It was taken on our U of H students’ final day of internship, a meaningful milestone in their journey.

We truly enjoy sharing our love for the PT profession through mentorship, internships, and hosting volunteer/observation students in pre-PT and pre-PTA programs. A special thank you to Madison and Anjali for your hard work, dedication, and professionalism—we loved being part of your growth.

Today is International Men’s Day, a day which aims to bring awareness to the often-overlooked health challenges men face. It encourages open conversations about physical, mental, and emotional well-being, breaking down societal stigmas and empowering men to prioritize their health.

Today, we celebrate our hard-working PTA, Cuong Ly! His dedication, compassion, and commitment to helping patients move and feel better make a huge impact every single day.

Did you know that Viva 3’s own owner, Christina King, PT, met her husband when she asked him to the Sadie Hawkins dance back in high school? 💐 That one brave dance invitation led to a lifelong partnership — proof that sometimes, taking the first step can change everything!

For those who might not remember, a Sadie Hawkins dance is a fun tradition where the girls do the asking — a playful twist that’s all about confidence and connection.

At Viva 3 Physical Therapy, we believe everyone deserves to dance their best, whether it’s at a high school gym or the dance floor of life. 💪✨

Did you know that, in most cases, you can come straight to physical therapy without a referral?

Access to physical therapy is about to get easier as our previous 10-15 day limit of “direct access” will now increase to 30 days before a referral is needed once signed into law by the governor.

Call us today to see if you can come directly to physical therapy!

Direct access for 30 days for physical therapy bill passed in the Texas Senate today. Thank you all that called or emailed your legislators. And thank you all the Texas congressmen and senators who facilitated this bill to pass!
