Hello to all the new faces, I’m Vivian- the face behind
Bubbles & Batter Mobile Snack Cart. I wanted to share a little more about me ✨
I’m a 31 year old mama to two wild and wonderful kiddos, ages 5 and 6. I’m also an autism advocate and an open book about life as a special needs mom. I love connecting with others who share similar journeys and doing my best to provide resources and encouragement along the way. 💙♾️
I’m a social butterfly who loves connecting with people, but I also value quiet moments to recharge. I’m big on gratitude, creativity, and finding joy in the little things. When I’m not planning events, you can find me chasing my kids around and sippin' coffee.
This year marks 2 amazing years in business for Bubbles & Batter. What started as a creative outlet and a way to earn flexible income as a special needs mom has grown into something that’s stretched me, taught me resilience, and filled my heart with purpose. Behind the scenes, there’s a lot of lifting, prepping, and serving but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Recently, I’ve taken on a new overnight job to better support my family. It was a hard but necessary decision, and it reminded me that there’s no shame in doing what’s needed while still chasing your dreams. While my availability is limited for the rest of the year, Bubbles & Batter isn’t going anywhere and we are currently booking events for 2026! This season is all about growth and clarity.
I also want to acknowledge that this is a sensitive time for many. The world feels heavy in different ways, and I’m sending love and strength to all our clients and families who may be facing challenges or uncertainty. May we continue to find sweetness, hope, and connection in the little moments that bring us together. ❤️
