Spring Branch Community Health Center Our mission is to increase the number of healthy families in our community by providing high quality, comprehensive health services.

SBCHC is located on the west side of Houston, Texas, in Harris County. Harris County is the third most populous county in the United States with a population of over four (4) million people (U.S. Census, 2010), this represents a 20% increase in the population since 2000. Within Harris County approximately two million people are residents of Houston, the fourth largest city in the country. The Spring Branch target area, which has a total population of 127,402 residents, is largely a minority, low-income area dominated by Hispanics who speak Spanish as their first language.

Due to the inclement weather, all SBCHC Clinics will be closed all morning from 8 AM to 12 PM on Monday, January 26th. All clinics will return to normal operations at 1 PM.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The safety of our patients, staff, and community remains our top priority during severe weather events. We encourage everyone to stay safe and take necessary precautions during this time.

We offer services such as Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, Vaccinations, Physicals, Dental Services and more. Our missions is to increase the number of healthy families in our community by providing high quality, comprehensive healthcare services.
