Andy leads with heart, compassion, and a genuine dedication to both our residents and our team. He is always supportive of his staff, encouraging us to do our best and making sure we have what we need to care for our residents each day. His door is always open, and his leadership helps create the warm, family-like atmosphere that makes Sterling Oaks such a special place.

Most importantly, Andy always keeps the best interest of our residents at the center of everything he does. His commitment to their comfort, happiness, and quality of life does not go unnoticed.

We are grateful for your leadership, support, and kindness, Andy. Thank you for all that you do for Sterling Oaks every day.

Breakfast was extra special today at Sterling Oaks! 🥞✨ Our amazing Administrator Andy and Dietary Director Eugene stepped into the kitchen to whip up fresh, fluffy pancakes for our residents! From sweet blueberry to classic chocolate chip, the smell alone had everyone smiling. Nothing beats starting the day with warm pancakes, great company, and a whole lot of love! 💙

Our residents got creative during today’s crafting activity, making beautiful paper flowers to celebrate the season! With bright colors, lots of laughter, and plenty of creativity, the room was blooming with fun. Nothing says spring like crafting, smiles, and a little time spent together!

Judy and Stetson stopped by for Pet Therapy Day at Sterling Oaks today, bringing all the smiles, love, and tail wags! 🐾❤️

Our residents lit up with joy as Stetson made his rounds, soaking up pets and sharing sweet cuddles. Moments like these fill the halls with laughter and warm hearts. We’re so grateful for visits that make everyone’s day a little brighter! 🐶✨

Sterling Oaks was filled with smiles and sweet surprises today! 🎁💖 We were so blessed to be visited by the wonderful members of Pentecostals of Katy Church, who brought joy to our residents by handing out thoughtful gift bags to everyone in the building.

The kindness, laughter, and love they shared truly brightened our day and meant so much to our residents. Moments like these remind us how special our community is! Thank you for spreading so much happiness at Sterling Oaks! 😊✨

Our residents kicked off their Shamrock Garlands, and the creativity was shining just as bright as the smiles! From cutting and decorating to stringing them together, the room was filled with laughter, fun, and a whole lot of Irish spirit! 💚🌈
