Try experimenting with different cooking methods or adding them to smoothies for a tasty twist.

2. Add More Protein-Protein is crucial for building and repairing tissues, and it helps keep you feeling full longer. Incorporate sources like lean meats, eggs, legumes, and nuts into your meals. Not only will this support muscle health, but it will also help stabilize your blood sugar levels throughout the day.

3. Stay Hydrated-Hydration is key to maintaining your energy and focus. Make it a habit to drink water regularly, aiming for at least 8 cups a day, more if you’re active. Consider carrying a reusable water bottle to remind yourself to sip throughout the day.
