We're beyond thrilled to welcome Savannah back to our studio! 🤩❤️‍🔥 She'll be teaching Inferno Hot Pilates every 3rd Saturday and Sunday of the month. 💪🏼

Savannah teaches and is certified in IHP Level 1 & 2. She’s kind-of in love with it. Why? It’s fun, effective, accessible and of course, a great complement to everything else you do throughout the week. In Savannah’s classes, all levels are welcome! Look forward to her easy going but straightforward approach that makes you feel like you really can do anything. When she’s not teaching, you may find her fur babies 🐾 Feel free to chat with her more before or after class!

A few words from Savannah -
For me, the best part of stepping on my mat is the search for what feels satisfying for the mind and body. A place where I can pause the outside world and flow with my internal thoughts. These classes aren’t just a physical practice, it’s an outlet to connect with myself and everyone around me. To help find an understanding, bring peace as well as the bonus of keeping my body fit and healthy in the process. All of this is what has motivated and created the desire to continue going to classes and of course become an instructor. I highly encourage everyone to find your practice. Pilates, Yoga, whatever it may be... give yourself the opportunity to try something new!
