What are your view points on getting your hopes up or expectations? I have found in my practice and in life that people would rather not get their hopes up or expect too much out of anything or anyone. I’d like to offer another perspective on this. What if I told you that continually denying yourself the excitement, joy, and emotions that come with expectations robs you from experiencing heightened emotions! Overtime, people who do this can begin to feel a cap on their range of emotions or a numbness to feeling as if life is monotonous. I urge you to feel the feels!
