Chin-ups — with full range of motion, 3 clean reps with 20 lbs. My original goal was just to do 2, but in the moment, I realized I had more in the tank. You’ve created in your own mind.Stop setting boundaries for yourself in life — physically, mentally, spiritually, financially. Learn to break your own expectations. Learn to defy the odds in every area of life.One thing I’ve realized on this journey is how powerful it is to have others around you.
