Trying to get healthier can feel overwhelming and confusing as to where to start!
If you're in that boat, or you're tired of spinning your wheels and not seeing any progress, start here:
Move your body for at least 10 minutes intentionally each day. That can look like a walk, a workout in the Truvy Fit app, biking, swimming, dancing, literally anything that gets you moving for at least 10 minutes more than you normally would. There's no "best" way to go about it, just move in a way that feels good to you!
Track what you eat in the Truvy Fit app. Gain some perspective and awareness of how much you're consuming. Track everything that crosses your lips. Don't stress about being perfect or hitting your numbers in the beginning, just track to gain some perspective. The Truvy Fit app will show you areas to work on, what foods are contributing most to certain areas, and how to adjust. Bonus tip - take your Truvy supplements to help keep cravings under control and make it easier to stick to an ideal calorie range.
Hydrate with at least 6 glasses of water per day. Being adequately hydrated helps reduce excess water weight retention, cravings, sore muscle/joints, and it boosts digestive health, cognitive function, and energy.
Prioritize getting 7-8 hours per night. I promise it will have one of the biggest impact on how you feel and it will make it easier to lose weight for a number of reasons like decreasing appetite and cravings, improving cognitive function, boosting recovery, and keeping hormones in check.
